Marmaris

Marmaris is a port city in southwest Turkey, on the Mediterranean coast. It is known for its nightlife, beaches, and ancient ruins. The Marmaris Castle, built by Suleiman the Magnificent in the 16th century, is a popular tourist attraction, as is the nearby ancient city of Amos. Other attractions include the Marmaris Museum, the Marmaris Archaeological Museum, and the Marmaris Aquarium.
